Curated Site Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

  1. You are the legal owner or authorized operator of the Terra Station and location submitted.
  2. You have all necessary permissions from the property owner and any applicable authorities to operate a listening station at this site.
  3. Audio streams from your station will be made publicly accessible through Terra Listens apps and partners. You certify that all applicable laws for your location are followed.
  4. Bird identifications, wildlife detections, and location metadata may be used for conservation, research, product improvement, and user enjoyment.
  5. Curated listening sites exist to share natural and ambient soundscapes. While some incidental capture of human voices and music is unavoidable, these stations must not be used to primarily broadcast music, speech, or other creative content.
  6. You grant Terra Listens a non-exclusive license to display the photos you submit in connection with this curated site listing.
  7. You understand Terra Listens does not guarantee listing as a curated site and may remove listings at any time.
  8. You will not submit content that violates any laws, infringes any copyrights, or contains personal information of third parties.
